  • Mark Cavagnero & Associates (Architect)

    MCA’s wide-ranging portfolio of completed work includes large and small-scale institutional, non-profit, commercial, residential and work spaces. In all of their work, they create contemporary facilities that are contextual, timeless and offer a dignified presence to the communities they serve. Their successful examples of adaptive reuse and other work relevant to the Fort Scott project includes: the Oakland Museum, the Palega Recreation Center (SF), Durant Hall (UCB), the Headlands Center for the Arts, The Park City Museum, The Rafael Film Center, The East Bay Center for the Performing Arts (with ECB), and extensive office design worldwide for Salesforce.

    MCA was honored with the AIA California Council’s 2012 Firm of the Year Award, recognizing distinguished architecture and a culture of mentoring the next generation of architects. The firm ranks in Architect magazine’s 2015 The Architect 50, the ranking of the top 50 architectural firms in the country.

  • Bill Hendrickson (CCRC)

    Bill Hendrickson is a financial and management consultant specializing in feasibility studies, project development and business strategies, and tax-exempt financing evaluation and restructuring.  He has completed more than 200 assignments for retirement communities and other long-term care providers.  Bill has completed feasibility studies for more than 50 tax-exempt bond issues, ranging in size from $2 million to $100 million.  Bill received his BA from the University of California at Berkeley and his MBA in Finance from the University of Washington.  He is a member of California’s Aging Services Association (ASC) and other industry associations. 

  • Parisi Transportation Consulting (Traffic)

    Parisi Transportation Consulting was founded in 1999 by David Parisi, a professional civil and traffic engineer with over 25 years of experience in multimodal transportation planning and design. Mr. Parisi has led the development of numerous transportation programs and plans, conducted traffic engineering analysis, designed Complete Streets and multi-modal facilities, managed Safe Routes to School programs, and facilitated outreach efforts. He brings enthusiasm to his work, and is known for his ability to solve complex problems and build consensus among stakeholders.

    Mr. Parisi is also active in the larger transportation community, participating in and authoring publications for national organizations, including the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE), the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), and the National Center for Safe Routes to School.

    Mr. Parisi received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University, and is a licensed Civil Engineer and Traffic Engineer.
