The Community Caucus indicated that they do not want any expansion of the existing academic campus buildings and for existing open spaces to remain so on the campus footprint.

North Coast agreed to not increase the overall square footage of the campus and will forgo construction on any additional facilities such as an auditorium or student center. The proposal does include a plan to remove one academic building while expanding part of the administration office into the parking lot in order to improve ADA access to the campus. North Coast’s proposal will also include the Campus Grounds in the long-term landscaping plan for aesthetic improvements of the existing open spaces as well as the potential inclusion of a small sculpture garden.
